Important information about fees, payments, and refunds at Mizan Online Academy.
This Fee and Refund Policy outlines how fees are collected, processed, and refunded at Mizan Online Academy. By enrolling in our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Payment System
Fees are payable in advance through our automatic recurring payment system, which deducts the monthly fee on a predetermined schedule.
If you registered online and made your subscription from your Visa/Master card, please note that Mizan Online Academy utilizes an automatic recurring payment system for fee collection, therefore your monthly fee will be automatically deducted from the provided payment method on the agreed-upon date.
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure the availability of sufficient funds in the designated account or card for successful fee deduction.
Cancellation Policy
You can make changes to or cancel your subscription at any time by sending a message to our WhatsApp or by emailing us. Please make sure to give us notice at least one month before your desired cancellation date.
Important: Failure to provide the required notice may result in the deduction of fees for the upcoming month.
Class Cancellation by Academy
Mizan Online Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, and students will be notified in a timely manner.
Holiday and Leave Policy
To preserve their current teacher and class time during a short holiday, students must notify the administration prior to the holiday period. Failure to provide advance notice may lead to the inability to accommodate the request.
In case you need to hold the classes and intend to continue with the same teacher at the same time once again when would resume, then we will charge the full fee for reservation of the slot for you with the same teacher.
Any leave is considered as paid from your side and there is no make-up for that and it is paid if you keep the same schedule and teacher as we cannot utilize the time for any other students of you.
Eid Holidays: The Eid Holidays on both occasions are paid leaves of the teachers and we have no other leaves in the years for the teachers except the Eid. So Eid Holidays are included in the monthly fees and there are no makeup classes and no refunds for their holidays.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If you cancel your subscription with at least one month's advance notice
- If Mizan Online Academy cancels your classes due to circumstances beyond your control
- If there is a technical error in payment processing (to be verified by our team)
Please note that refunds are not available for:
- Eid holidays (as stated above)
- Student absences or missed classes
- Cancellations made without proper advance notice
- Classes that have already been conducted

All refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and eligible refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days to the original payment method.
