By enrolling in Mizan Online Academy you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Mizan Online Academy may revise its Terms of Service & Conditions at any point in time.

These Terms of Service (TOS) and refund policy are applicable to all students.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy:

  • Please direct all constructive concerns and feedback exclusively to the above WhatsApp number and email address.
  • Each student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. For any unauthorized use or access to the account should be reported immediately to our communication team.
  • Based on our previous experience to avoid any inconvenience, we respectfully ask to not discuss any payments and your contact details with the teachers as in case of any misuse, loss or damage Mizan Online Academy will not be responsible.
  • Should you wish to address any concerns with our teacher, our Communication Team is at your disposal. Through above WhatsApp, you can convey all your issues and concerns to our teachers. Our dedicated team will diligently follow up and work to resolve your concerns with the teachers. Additionally, they will keep you informed if the teacher wishes to share any pertinent information with you.

Fee and Refund Policy:

  • Fees are payable in advance through our automatic recurring payment system, which deducts the monthly fee on a predetermined schedule.
  • If you registered online and made your subscription from your Visa/Master card, please not that Mizan Online Academy utilizes an automatic recurring payment system for fee collection, therefore your monthly fee will be automatically deducted from the provided payment method on the agreed-upon date.
  • You can make changes to or cancel your subscription at any time by sending a message to our WhatsApp or by emailing us. Please make sure to give us notice at least one month before your desired cancellation date. Please note that Failure to provide the required notice may result in the deduction of fees for the upcoming month.
  • It is the responsibility of the student to ensure the availability of sufficient funds in the designated account or card for successful fee deduction.
  • Mizan Online Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, and students will be notified in a timely manner.

Classroom Management and Attendance Policy:

  • To preserve their current teacher and class time during a short holiday, students must notify the administration prior to the holiday period. Failure to provide advance notice may lead to the inability to accommodate the request.
  • In case you need to hold the classes and intend to continue with the same teacher at the same time once again when would resume, then we will charge the full fee for reservation of the slot for you with the same teacher.
  • Any leave is considered as paid from your side and there is no make-up for that and it is paid if you keep the same schedule and teacher as we cannot utilize the time for any other students of you.
  • It’s important for students to have their cameras turned on during classes as it enhances the learning experience.
  • Students are expected to be present and prepared five minutes prior to the scheduled class time and should initiate their call with the teacher promptly. Please refrain from calling outside of your designated class time, as we may have other classes scheduled both before and after yours.
  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes unless circumstances prevent them from doing so. In the event of an absence, students are required to notify their instructor or the administrative office as soon as possible.
  • If you wish to request a change of teacher, our team is here to assist you promptly. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
  • Mizan Online Academy reserves the right to change your current teacher anytime if needed for quality teaching purposes.
  • In case the teacher resigns/is terminated, students will be provided with new teachers, and students will stay in touch with Mizan Online Academy and not any individuals.
  • The Eid Holidays on both occasions are paid leaves of the teachers and we have no other leaves in the years for the teachers except the Eid. So Eid Holidays are included in the monthly fees and there are no makeup classes and no refunds for their holidays.

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Mizan Online Academy are the intellectual property of the Academy and unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
